Our mission is to provide technical and project management services of the highest professional standards to ensure the successful delivery of contracted outputs and outcomes to the satisfaction of our clients.

Our strategy is to provide services tailored to meet the specific needs and requirements of our clients. To achieve this, we work closely with our clients and partners in the countries we work in, and draw support and additional resources from our in-house experts, professional networks and partnerships with educational, economic and social research organizations, public sector organizations, other consulting firms, NGOs and individual consultants.

ANZDEC is the sister company of AGRICO Limited, providing specialist services in agriculture, agribusiness, agro-industrial development, food production and related institutional strengthening activities. ANZDEC is also the full owner of Li (2006) Ltd. which brings a wealth of experience in capacity building and institutional strengthening within ARD and NRM sectors. Since late 2009, both AGRICO and Li (2206) have been formally amalgamated into ANZDEC Limited and are no longer trading as separate entities.

ANZDEC is a subsidiary of the Finnish Consulting Group (FCG) of Finland, one of the largest development consultancy companies in Europe with headquarters in Helsinki. It undertakes projects in management, health and social services, education and the environment sectors.

We provide services mainly to multilateral and bilateral agencies such as the Asian Development Bank (ADB), World Bank (WB), Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID), New Zealand Agency for International Development (NZAID), the UN agencies and regional agencies in the Pacific. We also work with governments of developing countries and occasionally with the private sector.
